Programs at the Centre

"Begin to live your life according to your aspirations,
And step toward your chosen goal.
Life is not worth its name unless we meet the challenge of the times.
Play on the instrument of the heart even if it be broken."

— Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj

Weekly Satsangs

The word "satsang" means gathering with truth. Each week, we assemble to meditate and reflect on the spiritual teachings, and to spend time with others who share the goal of leading a spiritually enriched life through meditation, ethical living, introspection, and service.

All are welcome to attend satsangs at our Centre, held under the leadership of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, a spiritual Master who teaches meditation on the Inner Light and Sound. Registration is not required.

As we face life's outer challenges, meditation on the inner Light and Sound provides an inner sanctuary of peace where we can go to be renewed and refreshed. The tranquility and joy we gain through meditation helps us deal with life's difficulties in a calmer, more balanced way. Meditation also opens up the gateway to journey into spiritual realms within, where we can attain self-knowledge and union with the Divine.

Seva Volunteering Days

The Centre is always in need of physical care and upkeep, so we are always doing seva (selfless service). Occasionally, we hold special seva days during which greater efforts are made to work on various tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, organic gardening, or event preparation. You are welcome to help. Dates and times vary, so for info about upcoming seva days, subscribe to our monthly newsletter.

Throughout each month, the Young Adults meet for various activities from fun group outings to giveback initiatives in our local communities, decorating for events at the Centre, Young Adult meditation retreats, and more.
